We offer 2 shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground (3-7 business days) and 2-day Air. Please refer to the chart below to see how shipping cost is determined. Shipping cost is determined according to your total order amount before sales tax and any promotional discounts are applied. Back-ordered Items
If an item you have ordered is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be notified immediately via e-mail. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. Based on multiple product orders, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get in-stock items at your doorstep as quickly as possible. You will be charged for items shipped plus the total shipping cost. For any back-ordered items that are shipped later, your credit card will be charged only when those items ship. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if this occurs. Your shipping cost will still be determined according to your total order amount before sales tax & promotional discounts, for each order number. Should you place multiple orders within a similar timeframe, each order will be subject to its own shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been received, processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your order. A tracking number will be provided for you as well so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. Receiving a Damaged Shipment
Please call neelee immediately upon receipt of a damaged shipment. We MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods in order to file a claim. We will handle submitting a claim and will provide you with further instruction at that time. Until further instruction is provided, please hold on to all packing materials, receipts, and damaged contents.

We stand behind the quality designer names that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase - for any reason - a return must be made within 14 days from date of receipt, accompanied with a copy of the order receipt. All merchandise must be in original packaging, unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. A full refund of merchandise minus shipping will be applied after merchandise has been returned. Returns of fragile items need to be carefully re-packaged as originally received to avoid breakage or damage in the return shipment. neelee has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet neelee's Returns Policy criteria.
